60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria; 2.Age between 60 and 80 years; 3.Persistent knee pain for at least 6 months; 4.Typical radiographic or MRI changes consistent with knee osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other types of arthritis (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis); 2.Presence of other conditions causing knee pain (e.g., hip disorders, lumbar spine disorders); 3.Underwent knee surgery or intra-articular injection treatment within the past 3 months.
