Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria for colorectal cancer patients: a. Patients pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer; b. Normal individuals with no positive lesions detected by colonoscopy; c. The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form. (2) Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: a. Colonoscopy results show no intestinal lesions; b. The individual or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with heart, brain, blood vessel, respiratory system and other major diseases; 2.Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes; 3.Patients with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal diseases; 4.Patients with mental illness or cognitive or communication dysfunction;
