Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pancreatic space-occupying lesions suggested by imaging examinations (CT/MRI/PET-CT) and abnormally elevated tumor markers (CA19-9 > 37 U/mL), with a high clinical suspicion of pancreatic cancer, who are planned to undergo EUS-FNB for a definitive diagnosis; 2. Aged 18-80 years, regardless of gender; 3. No contraindications related to EUS-FNB procedures (such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe coagulation disorders, etc.); 4. Pancreatic lesions are newly discovered, and the patient has not received anti-tumor treatments targeting pancreatic cancer such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiotherapy; nor has the patient undergone pancreatic cancer surgery; 5. Willing to voluntarily sign the informed consent form, agree to provide tumor tissue obtained through EUS-FNB for organoid construction, and the patient and family are willing to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pathologically confirmed to have non-pancreatic cancer (such as pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms of the pancreas, etc.); 2.
