Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for degenerative lumbar spine disease: (1) Low back pain; (2) Pain, abnormal sensation, or weakness in the lower limbs; (3) Bladder and bowel dysfunction; (4) Abnormal gait; (5) X-ray or CT showing degenerative changes in the spine, etc.; Diagnosis can be made if condition (1) and one or more of conditions (2)–(5) are present. 2. Informed consent, voluntary participation. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of MR examination; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who cannot give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders.
