12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 12-18 years; 2.Meets ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder. 3.No history of treatment or interventions (e.g., electroconvulsive therapy) before enrollment. 4.Capacity to comprehend and cooperate with the entire study procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with other major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or eating disorders. 2.Has severe or unstable physical illnesses. 3.Has taken medications affecting immunity or appetite within the past month. 4.Unable to cooperate with the assessments.
