Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All the patients met the relevant diagnostic criteria in China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatolithiasis, and were diagnosed by imaging examination. 2.Patients with postoperative pancreatitis meet the diagnostic criteria of acute pancreatitis. 3.The patient has a history of epigastric pain or epigastric pain, and the pain radiates to the right shoulder. 4.Patients were treated with ERCP, and the liver function test Child-Pugh classification was A~B before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other malignant tumors; 2.Preoperative abdominal infection. 3.Take immunosuppressants or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 4 weeks before participating in the study. 4.Combined with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction.
