Urological, Orthopedic, and General Surgery (non-specialized) Procedures Requiring General Anesthesia

Interventions

Group A:Anesthesia was induced and maintained by manual administration of Ciprofol (non-robotic management) and was discontinued at the end of the surgery.
Group B:Anesthesia was induced and maintained using robotic administration of Ciprofol and was discontinued at the end of the surgery.

3 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children undergoing urological, general, or orthopedic surgery requiring general anesthesia; 2.Expected duration of surgery exceeding 1 hour; 3.Age between 3 and 8 years old (inclusive); 4.ASA physical status classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring emergency surgical intervention; 2.Assessed as unable to tolerate rapid intravenous medication infusion during anesthesia evaluation; 3.Children with a history of allergy to intravenous anesthetic agents or contraindications to their use; 4.Preoperative hemodynamic instability or anticipated significant intraoperative blood loss; 5.Other known organ dysfunction or coexisting major organ malformations; 6.Refusal to provide written informed consent/assent.
