Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lung cancer group: Patients diagnosed with stage I to stage IV lung cancer by pathology; Age: 18-70 years old (including the threshold value, including both male and female); Clear consciousness and able to cooperate in completing breath sampling. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form. 2. Healthy control group: No history of any malignant tumors; Unable to cooperate in completing the breath sampling; The age (+/-3 years) and gender were matched with the lung cancer group. Participate voluntarily and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have received chemotherapy, radiotherapy or lung surgery in the recent period (within 4 weeks); 2. Suffering from neuromuscular diseases that seriously affect respiratory coordination; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Other circumstances where the researcher deems it unsuitable to participate in this study.
