Non-myopia group: Spherical equivalent (SE) = 0.00 D on subjective refraction, and no development of myopia during follow-up.:None
OK lens group: Myopic children (SE = 6 months.:None
Defocus spectacle group: Children with myopia (SE <= -0.50 D) who have worn defocus spectacle lenses for at least 6 months.:None
0.01% Atropine group: Children treated with 0.01% atropine.:None
Defocus spectacle prevention cohort: Children at high risk of developing myopia.:None

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received treatment at our hospital's optometry specialty department from March 2015 to February 2025; 2.Age not exceeding 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing key variables (axial length , measurement date, intervention type, etc.);
