Experimental group 2:Application of iTBS to left DLPFC (5-cm localization method)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.diagnosis of stroke by neurologists; 2.first-time ischemic stroke, admitted < 6 months after stroke onset; 3.unilateral focal brain lesions; 4.diagnosed in conformity with the DSM-V diagnostic criteria; 5.NIHSS <15; 6.no contraindications to MRI scan and rTMS treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.brain dysfunction caused by other non-vascular causes; 2.history of depression, dementia and other psychiatric diseases; 3.MMSE < 19; 4.no show in the follow-up visit; 5.TIA or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 6.history of other neurologic diseases;
