Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Group 1. Aged 18–75 years, no restriction on gender; 2. Diagnosed with psoriasis; 3. Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form. Control Group 1. Age and gender roughly matched with the case group; 2. No history of psoriasis or other inflammatory or tumor-related skin diseases; 3. Agree to and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of systemic immunosuppressants, biologics, or phototherapy in the past 4 weeks; 2. Use of potent topical glucocorticoids or vitamin D derivatives on sampled lesions in the past 2 weeks; 3. Presence of other autoimmune diseases, active infections, malignancies, or serious systemic diseases; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for trial participation by the investigator.
