Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hold a valid practicing credential as either a Registered Nurse or a Medical Doctor issued by the People's Republic of China.;2. Be currently employed in a clinical setting and have accrued a minimum of one year of clinical work experience. ;3.Provide written informed consent prior to enrollment in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Were on a protracted leave of absence (e.g., for personal reasons or external training) and were not actively practicing clinicians. 2.Were employed as interns or visiting healthcare professionals undergoing advanced training. 3.Had a past or present diagnosis of a psychiatric disorder.
