Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Prostate cancer patients confirmed by histopathology and pathological grade confirmed by Gleason score; 2. After undergoing prostatic RP surgery and obtaining the WSI section of the case; 3. MRI examination was completed within 4 weeks before the operation, with good image quality and complete clinical information. 4. No anti-tumor treatment measures were taken before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Image normalization and standardization cannot be carried out, making image analysis difficult. 2. Loss of postoperative follow-up or unreliable follow-up results; 3. Distant metastases occurred in the patient before the operation or within 2 weeks after the operation.
