Interventions

Group A (control group):Resuspend hair follicle cells in saline to prepare cell suspension for transplantation

Group B (experimental group):Hair follicle cells are resuspended in autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and then transplanted

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Vitiligo in stable phase with treatment needs; 2. Age range: 18-60 years old 3. Gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vitiligo in the advanced stage; 2. Combining severe infections, immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases; 3. Known allergies to PRP, saline, local anesthetics, etc; 4. Pregnancy or lactation period; 5. Combining mental or cognitive disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up.
