Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of distant metastasis at the time of breast cancer diagnosis (confirmed by imaging and/or pathology, with diagnosis of metastatic lesions within =6 months following surgery; 2.Lung as the primary site of disease progression, with histological confirmation of invasive breast carcinoma (excluding carcinoma in situ); 3.Conscious, without psychiatric disorders, with good compliance, and able to adhere to medical advice for treatment and follow-up; 4.Voluntary participation in this study with the ability to provide written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant primary malignancies other than breast cancer, or severe autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis). 2.Severe hepatic or renal impairment (ALT/AST >3× upper limit of normal, creatinine >1.5× upper limit of normal) or cardiac/pulmonary failure (NYHA functional class >=III); 3.History of atopy or known/suspected allergy to study-related agents; 4.Pregnancy or lactation, or the presence of psychiatric illness, cognitive impairment, or other conditions that preclude compliance with study procedures;
