Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder The diagnosis is based on the discharge diagnosis of in - patients, which meets the ICD - 10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Age: between 18 and 55 years old. Education level: having completed at least primary school education, being able to understand the content of neuropsychological tests. Ethnicity: Han ethnicity. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form. 2.Healthy controls: Conduct interviews with normal controls to exclude those with any diseases or disorders meeting the ICD - 10 diagnostic criteria.
