Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASD group: 1. age 12-34 years old; 2. It conforms to the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV-Text Revision (DSM-V) of the United States; 3. It conforms to the diagnosis of autism diagnostic interview-revised (ADI-R) autism spectrum disorder; 4. autism spectrum disorder's diagnosis is in accordance with the autism diagnostic observation schedule (ADOS). Healthy control group: 1. age 12-34 years old; 2. Does not meet diagnostic criteria for any mental disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASD group: 1. there are serious physical diseases and conditions, such as congenital heart disease, thyroid disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, audio-visual impairment, etc.; 2. Accompanied by serious nervous system diseases, with a clear family history or potential risks, such as brain trauma, encephalitis, epilepsy, febrile convulsions, birth injuries, abnormal EEG, etc.; 3. There are definite or suspicious hereditary diseases, such as trisomy 21 syndrome and fragile X syndrome; 4. It conforms to the diagnosis of other developmental diseases, such as simple mental retardation, simple language development disorder, selective mutism, etc. 5. Meet the diagnosis of other severe mental diseases, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; 6. Taking other drugs in psychiatry and neurology. Healthy control group: Exclusion criteria consistent with the ASD group.
