Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) : diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke according to the WHO definition, within 14 days of onset; 2. Age limit: age between 18 and 80 years old (18.0<= age <=80); 3. FDOPA-PET and/or SWI examinations have been completed; 4. Informed consent: patients could understand the content of the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the questionnaire evaluation due to altered consciousness, aphasia, cognitive impairment, etc; 2. Patients with uncontrolled diabetic peripheral neuropathy, severe iron deficiency, renal failure, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 3. Current use of antidepressants or other medications that may cause sleep-related movement disorders (e.g., a. Tricyclic antidepressants; b. Serotonin reuptake inhibitors; c. antidopaminergic drugs; d. antipsychotic drugs, etc.), severe mental illness, etc;
