Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40-75 years, regardless of gender. 2.No surgical contraindications. 3.Tibial plateau fracture classified as Schatzker type II. 4.Patient has treatment needs and can comply with the treatment regimen. 5.Body mass index (BMI) <=35 kg/m^². 6.Able to cooperate with functional exercises and follow-up as required by the clinical study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with multiple injuries, such as concomitant meniscus and ligament injuries. 2.Open tibial plateau fractures. 3.Severe skin defects or ulcers around the affected knee joint. 4.Diabetes requiring insulin therapy, poorly controlled blood glucose (fasting blood glucose =10 mmol/L), or other surgical contraindications.
