Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The first stroke; 2.Age over 60; 3.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke outlined in the 2019 Chinese Diagnostic Guidelines for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases and is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination. 4.Duration of disease within 3 months; 5.No cognitive impairment and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 20;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are emotionally unstable and unable to cooperate with treatment; 2.Patients with concomitant glaucoma or elevated intraocular pressure during treatment; 3.Patients with other serious conditions such as severe heart disease or severe hypertension who are unsuitable for treatment;
