Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing an arteriovenous fistula for the first time; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. Patients planning to undergo hemodialysis and voluntarily undergo arteriovenous fistula surgery; 4. Patients without language or cognitive impairments; 5. Patients with an expected survival of more than 6 months; 6. Patients who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors or other cachectic diseases; 2. Patients with severe liver, hematopoietic system diseases, or mental illnesses; 3. Patients undergoing dialysis using an artificial arteriovenous fistula; 4. Patients with poor compliance.
