60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or above (as per WHO geriatric definition); 2. Residing in the Ya'an region for at least six months; 3. Patients receiving outpatient or inpatient care at integrated medical and elderly care institutions within the Ya'an region; 4. Informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to complete the questionnaire survey (such as severe hearing impairment or language impairment). Match based on the principle of gender consistency and +/-2 years of age, and replace in the same ward.
