Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: With the approval of the Ethics Committee, 100 elderly patients aged over 65 but under 90 years old who underwent surgery at Hangzhou First People's Hospital from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2022, classified by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) in Sichuan Province, were collected. During the clinical trial, the content of the clinical trial was fully explained to the patients and voluntary consent forms were obtained. And a complete follow-up system and a database of related materials were established through postoperative follow-up, phone calls and other means.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Central nervous system diseases, endocrine system diseases, long-term use of high-dose glucocorticoids, severe liver and kidney damage, inability to communicate effectively with physicians, preoperative MMSE score 5 hours, intraoperative blood loss >600mL.
