Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Endotracheal intubation; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.No significant injury or bleeding in the mouth; 4.Authorized person informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have had an acute or chronic respiratory or pulmonary infection before the establishment of an artificial airway; 2.Trauma or surgery to the oropharynx, trachea, or esophagus; 3.Patients with advanced cachexia from tumors; 4.The ICU stay < 5 days;
