Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age= 60 years; 2.Elderly people living alone and those who live only with their spouse without children or without children (time > 6 months); 3.clear consciousness and able to communicate normally; 4.Informed consent, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are mental illnesses, consciousness disorders or severe cognitive impairments that prevent one from cooperating with the investigation; 2.Severe hearing or language dysfunction and inability to cooperate; 3.Those who dropped out midway through the study.
