Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete baseline demographic data (age, height, weight, BMI, etc.) should be fully recorded in the medical records. 2. Serum samples have been collected and nesfatin-1 testing has been completed in the preliminary study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having comorbid endocrine diseases that affect bone metabolism (such as parathyroid dysfunction, hyperthyroidism, autoimmune diseases, etc.). 2. Used medications affecting bone metabolism within the past 3 months (such as glucocorticoids, thyroid preparations, antiepileptic drugs, estrogen, chemotherapeutic agents, etc.). 3. Having a personal history of severe heart, liver, kidney, lung, or other major systemic diseases, serious mental illness, or malignant tumors. 4. During lactation or pregnancy. 5. The clinical data are incomplete, and even after follow-up inquiries, the proportion of missing key data still exceeds 30%.
