40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria established at the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Lower limb Brunnstrom stage 4 or higher; 3. Age 40-70 years; 4. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, high compliance, and willingness to participate in the study; 5.Holden walking function grade 2 or higher; 6. Good cardiopulmonary function and ability to tolerate rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bone and joint diseases: such as post-fracture surgery, osteoarthritis; 2. Malignant progressive hypertension; 3. Malignant tumors; 4. Thrombosis; 5. Previous mental illness.
