Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 2 grade; 2.(2) Women aged 18 to 40 years old; 3.(3) Weight = 150cm; 4.(4) gestational age >= 37 weeks. 5.(5) Elective singleton cesarean section;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraspinal anesthesia is contraindicated; 2. Those who are allergic to amide local anesthetics; 3. Gestational hypertension or preeclampsia; 4. Gestational diabetes mellitus; 5. Asthma and heart disease requiring treatment; 6. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent; 7. Other conditions: such as rupture of membranes, active labor, cesarean section of twin and multiple pregnancies, intrauterine growth restriction, placenta previa, fetal congenital anomalies, etc.
