Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV functional constipation; 3. Patients with mild functional constipation; 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study or participated in other clinical trials during the conduct of this study; 2. Patients who underwent general anesthesia within one week or are scheduled to undergo general anesthesia next week; 3. Patients who have been taking antidepressants, antispasmodics, iron supplements, and other medications that are prone to causing constipation for a long time; 4. Patients with severe diseases of the digestive system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, neuroendocrine system, or malignant tumors; 5. Patients with skin irritation, injury, or peeling at the umbilicus; women in the preconception period, pregnant women, and lactating women; 6. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental abnormalities; 7. Patients who are currently being treated for constipation with other drug methods; 8. Patients known to be allergic to Atractylodes macrocephala, tape, or alcohol.
