Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time mothers; 2. Intended vaginal natural delivery; 3. Pregnancy >=37 weeks; 4. Dilate the cervix to less than or equal to 3cm; 5. Epidural block for labor analgesia has been performed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe motion sickness; 2.Active nausea and vomiting; 3.History of epilepsy; 4.Visual or auditory impairments;
