Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of tuberculosis 3. Treatment or follow-up >=30 days in this hospital 4. Able to understand and complete the questionnaire 5. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Individuals with severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or critical medical conditions rendering them unable to cooperate; 4. Participants with other complex comorbidities that may affect study outcomes (e.g., malignant tumours, severe immunodeficiency disorders); 5. Subjects who have recently participated in other psychological intervention studies.
