Paracentral Lobule Single-Target Group:Patients in this group will receive rTMS stimulation targeting only the paracentral lobule , with no stimulation applied to the lumbosacral enlargement region.lu
Lumbosacral Enlargement Single-Target Group:Patients in this group will receive rTMS stimulation targeting only the lumbosacral enlargement, without any stimulation applied to the PCL (paracentral lob
Combined Treatment Group:Patients in this group will receive rTMS stimulation targeting both the paracentral lobule and the lumbosacral enlargement.

14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 years or older, incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) (American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) Impairment Scale (AIS) grade B to D), and disease duration ranging from 15 days to 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with ASIA grade E (complete spinal cord injury) and severe cognitive impairment; other exclusion criteria relate to contraindications of rTMS, such as psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
