Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adrenalectomy has been completed; 2.Preoperative diagnosis was primary aldosteronism; 3.Postoperative pathology indicated coexistence of ipsilateral adrenal pheochromocytoma and aldosterone-producing nodule; 4.Somatic VHL mutation has been detected in the pheochromocytoma tissue; 5.Patient provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative tissue quality does not meet the requirements for analysis; 2.No valid pathological regions are available for laser microdissection or multi-omics research; 3.Patient refused to sign or withdrew informed consent.
