Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) People whose in-office blood pressure meets the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension without the use of antihypertensive drugs; (2) Patients with a history of hypertension who have received standardized antihypertensive treatment for more than 3 months and have not had their antihypertensive regimen adjusted in the last 1 month. (3) Proposed 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The secondary hypertension, tachyarrhythmia, severe valvular heart disease, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, severe anxiety or depression, (2) Incomplete monitoring and recording of awake blood pressure at different time points, (3) Nocturnal BP measurement <7 times.
