Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Preoperative histopathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer; 3.Preoperative assessment indicating R0 resection is achievable; 4.cT1b-2N0M0; 5.Sufficient organ functional reserve to tolerate esophagectomy; 6.No prior anti-cancer treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?1.No Preoperative Pathological Diagnosis?; ?2.Severe Organ Dysfunctio; 3?.Distant Metastasis?; 4?.Prior Gastrointestinal Surgery History?; 5.Factors Affecting Exposure and Dissection?: Conditions that would significantly impair surgical exposure and dissection, including but not limited to severe spinal deformities, tumor staging of T3 or higher, large primary tumors, significant lymph node enlargement, or distant lymph node metastasis, as well as tissue swelling and adhesions caused by preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy
