18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18 to 65; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of the 2013 Japanese Circulation Society (JCS) guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary spastic angina. 3. Cardiac function: LVEF > 45%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age >65 years; 2. Acute infectious disease within the past 4 weeks; 3. Chronic infectious disease; 4. Use of anti-inflammatory or immunomodulatory drugs within 4 weeks; 5. History of myocardial infarction within 4 weeks; 6. Surgery within the past 4 weeks; 7. Peripheral arterial disease or neoplastic diseases; 8. Severe cardiac insufficiency with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <45%; 9. Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or valvular heart disease; 10. Bradyarrhythmia with a history of syncope or Adams-Stokes syndrome attacks; 11. Poor-quality CCTA images.
