Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers of elderly stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2023 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke and the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination, with stable vital signs, aged >=60 years, and experiencing varying degrees of decline in daily living abilities requiring care. 2. Aged >=60 years; 3. Spouse, children, or other relatives of the patient; 4. Daily caregiving time >4 hours; 5. If there are multiple caregivers, select the one with the longest daily caregiving time; 6. Able to understand the content of the questionnaire and without obvious language function disorders; 7. Voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Paid caregivers; 2. Individuals with mental illness or cognitive impairments.
