Interventions

Ultra-Fast—Track Anesthesia :The ultra-fast track group achieved extubation within 1 hour after cardiac surgery by using lower doses of opioids and reversing neuromuscular blockade.
Conventional Group:The conventional anesthesia group received conventional anesthesia. After surgery, anesthesia was discontinued and patients were transferred to the recovery room.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients scheduled for cardiac extracorporeal circulation surgery; 3. ASA physical status classification II-III; 4. Consent to participate in this study and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Severe concomitant brain, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction <30%; 4. History of prior cardiac surgery; 5. Preoperative mechanical ventilation or requirement for circulatory support devices such as intra-aortic balloon pump; 6. Patients who discharged themselves postoperatively.
