Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-75 years old. 2.Diagnosis: The patient has been diagnosed with shoulder diseases through clinical examination and imaging tests (such as MRI, X-ray, etc.), including but not limited to rotator cuff injury, acromial impingence, shoulder joint instability, etc., and meets the indications for shoulder arthroscopic surgery. 3.Surgical intention: The patient agrees to undergo arthroscopic shoulder surgery. 4.Follow-up ability: The patient is able to cooperate with postoperative follow-up, and the expected follow-up period is =10 years. 5.Informed consent: Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe comorbidities: The presence of serious heart and lung diseases, diabetes, neurological disorders, or other systemic diseases that may affect postoperative recovery. 2.Infectious diseases: There are active infections, especially shoulder or systemic infections. 3.Cognitive dysfunction: There is a mental disorder or cognitive dysfunction, making it impossible to cooperate with surgery and follow-up.
