Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the screening criteria for individuals with oral frailty; 2. Patients diagnosed with T2DM; 3. Aged 60 years or older; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive impairments; 2.Researchers who are currently involved in other intervention studies related to oral health.
