Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients visiting the neurology or pain management department; 2. Nursing level at admission is Level 1 care, no restrictions on age or gender; 3. Able to cooperate with relevant scale assessments and willing to participate throughout the entire process; 4. Voluntary participation, with a signed written informed consent; for participants under 16 years old, a guardian must also sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-occurring with other severe mental disorders; 2. Patients with mental retardation or intellectual disabilities; 3. Patients with a history of suicide or suicidal intent.
