Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Colorectal cancer (CRC) diagnosed by pathology; 3.Systemic inflammatory state can be determined;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Death within 30 days of diagnosis due to non-cancer-related causes (e.g., trauma, suicide, homicide); 2. Concurrent presence of significant immunological confounding factors; 3. Critical data missing: inability to confirm DEX exposure status; or complete absence of inflammatory markers within the specified time window; or survival outcomes entirely unavailable; 4. Concurrent other malignant tumours; 5. Pregnancy or lactation period;
