18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung resection; 2. Post-discharge home-based rehabilitation; 3. Patients with adequate comprehension and verbal communication skills, who have provided informed consent for participation in this study and obtained approval from their attending physician; 4. Patients aged 18 years or older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic lesions or functional insufficiency in organs such as the heart, brain, or kidneys; 2. Those with motor impairments in the limbs, severe osteoarthritis, or other contraindications to physical activity; 3. Patients who have received adjuvant treatments such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy prior to surgery.
