Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Mothers:No use of any antibiotics or probiotic products within 1 month prior to enrollment. Inclusion Criteria for Infants: No restriction on gender; Born via natural delivery; Healthy, full-term infants; Breastfeeding has been initiated before the first sampling (within 7 days after birth), and the mother is willing to continue breastfeeding subsequently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, acute infectious diseases (especially tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, HIV infection), cancer, postpartum depression, nipple or breast inflammation, having received hormone therapy within one month prior to recruitment, inability to communicate or answer questionnaires, and currently participating in nutritional or drug intervention studies.
