Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All enrolled young children were aged 3 years (>=3 years and =6 months; (3) Could continue participation throughout the two-year study period; (4) Written informed consent was obtained from legal guardians (study duration: 2 years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with severe chronic systemic diseases; (2) History of severe allergies or asthma; (3) Inability to comply with study procedures.
