Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Blood glucose: mean blood glucose value, standard deviation (SD), coefficient of variation (CV), time within the target blood glucose range (TIR), time above the target range (TAR), time below the tar;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Degree of coupling between slow wave oscillations and spindles;Degree of coupling between slow wave oscillations and spindles;Incidence of Adverse Events: Record all adverse events occurring during the intervention process, including any discomfort reactions, skin allergies, or equipment malfunctions experienced by participants. Classify adverse events as mild, moderate, or severe, and document them in detail.;Frequency of arousals during sleep;
