Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 1-14 years old; 2. Pediatric patients diagnosed with pneumonia according to the Guidelines for the Management of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Children (2024 Revised Edition).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Children with underlying/chronic medical conditions including: Chronic pulmonary diseases Immunodeficiency disorders Connective tissue diseases Hematologic disorders; 2Cases with incomplete clinical data or who declined to participate in the study.
