Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for neurosurgical critically ill patients in the "Expert Consensus on Neurosurgical Critical Care Management in China (2020 Edition)"; 2. Patients aged >= 18 years who were continuously admitted to the ICU during the study period; 3. Mechanical ventilation time >= 24h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma fixation, skin and other reasons affect the movement of the diaphragm and its ultrasound examination; 2. Patients who received invasive or non-invasive ventilation treatment before admission to the hospital; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. No SBT was performed or passed within 2 weeks after mechanical ventilation; 5. Tracheotomy was performed during the experiment. 6. During the research period, family members or patients request to withdraw from the experiment.
