Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older; 2. Permanent resident of Shenzhen with at least two years of continuous residence; 3. Mentally lucid and able to cooperate fully with the AI oral examination, gold-standard clinical assessment, and questionnaire survey; 4.Willing to participate voluntarily and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had severe systemic diseases that contraindicated oral examination; 2. Presented with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairments that hindered effective communication; 3.Exhibited acute local oral inflammation, tumors, or other serious oral pathologies; 4. Had undergone any oral examination or treatment within the preceding three months.
