Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 3 to 12; 2.Lateral X-ray shows adenoid/nasopharyngeal (A/N) ratio >= 0.6; 3.Presence of convex profile deformity: Using the E-line (Ricketts' esthetic line) as the primary reference, a convex profile is diagnosed when UL-E exceeds -0.1 mm or LL-E exceeds 2.1 mm; 4.Presence of relevant clinical symptoms: mouth breathing during sleep and/or daytime, snoring, apnea, and daytime somnolence; 5.The guardian/child understands the situation of this study and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic diseases (abnormal coagulation function, heart failure, immune system diseases, etc.); 2.History of adenoid surgery or orthodontic treatment; 3.Craniofacial or nasopharyngeal developmental abnormalities caused by trauma; 4.Severe craniofacial deformity syndromes.
